Returns & Exchange Policy

The broken product will be accepted if it is defected from production. The customer will receive the full cost of money including shipping cost. Anyway, we cannot accept if the product is opened or used.

1. We will not accept the products purchased more than 15 days after received in every way.
   After receiving the products, please check them if there are any problems immediately.
   ** Anyway, we will not accept if the products are opened or used.
2. We will accept the products for changing or returning only for the products that are defected or have technical usage problems. In these 2 cases, we will return full amount of money of that products’ price if there are not any damages to that products. In other case, please carefully decide before purchasing.
3. The company’s verdict is final.
