MORIN OIL COOLING KIT FOR KAWASAKI KSR (MIDDLE MOUNTING)

MORIN oil cooler kits are designed specifically for each motorcycle model. They are easy to install and do not require any modifications. Modifiers can choose a variety of oil cooler colors to mix and match with the style of their motorcycles as desired.

MORIN Oil Cooler Kit: Modifiers can choose the following Oil Cooler Color Set:

(1) Red-Blue Set (RBB) : Silver oil, blue pole, red-blue wire head.
(2) Double-Black Set (DBB) : Silver oil, black pole, black-black cable head.
(3) Black-Blue Set (BBL) : Silver oil, blue pole, black-blue cable head.
(4) Black-Red Set (BRD) : Silver oil, red pole, black-red cable head.
(5) Black-Gold Set (BGD) : Silver oil, gold pole, black-gold cable head.
(6) Black-Green Set (BGN) : Silver oil, green pole, black-green cable head.
(7) Black-Violet Set (BPU) : Silver oil, purple pole, black-purple cable head.
(8) Black-Silver Set (BSL) : Silver oil, black pole, black-silver cable head.

Each MORIN oil cooler kit consists of different equipment as follows:

(1) Oil cooler panel, OEM quality.
(2) CNC work adapter
(3) Oil cooler line, stainless steel braided line type
(4) Oil cooler mounting brackets and accessories for that model.

Oil cooler is a device for cooling engine oil. It helps maintain the engine temperature at a constant level suitable for actual use and helps reduce engine heat by cooling the engine with air through the oil cooler panel.

Usage tips

(1) The modifier adds additional oil equal to the volume of the oil cooler, putting it in the 90cc oil cooler and putting it in the 40cc engine. ***The oil is the normal engine oil according to the motorcycle model that is being installed.
(2) Check the oil cooler after installation to see if it works normally. While testing it, have the artist hold the heat shield in front of the oil cooler. If it is warm, it means that the oil cooler is working normally.

TIPS: When installing, you can add your motorcycle's normal engine oil to an oil cooler around 90cc and the inside engine around 40cc. Then, you check whether the oil cooler is working or not. If the oil cooler is warm, it normally works.
